Shipping Policy

We currently ship only within the United States (including APO/FPO military addresses and U.S. territories). Orders are fulfilled from our U.S. warehouse located at 1774 Ruth Dr, Ripon, CA 95366.

Processing Time

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2:00 PM Pacific Time are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after the cut‑off time, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed the following business day. During peak seasons, processing may take up to 3 business days — any delay will be communicated clearly on our homepage or via email.

Carriers and Delivery Methods

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. At checkout, you will see the available shipping options for your address, along with real‑time calculated rates. Typical options include:

  • Standard Shipping (Ground) — 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (2nd Day Air) — 2 business days
  • Express Shipping (Next Day Air) — 1 business day (not available to all ZIP codes)

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipment, not the date of order. They are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or other events beyond our control.

Shipping Restrictions (Critical — Please Read)

Legal Notice: Certain self‑defense products are regulated by state and local laws. It is your responsibility to know and comply with the laws of your shipping destination before ordering. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that we cannot legally ship.

Pepper Spray / Bear Spray:

  • We do NOT ship pepper spray to: New York, Massachusetts, District of Columbia, or any other jurisdiction with a prohibition on mail‑order sales of self‑defense sprays. Additionally, some states restrict container size or formulation — it is your duty to ensure the product you order is legal in your area.
  • Orders containing pepper spray destined for a restricted location will be canceled and fully refunded, and you will be notified immediately.

Personal Safety Alarms, Cut‑Resistant Gloves, and Other Passive Defense Tools: These products are generally legal in all 50 states and can be shipped nationwide without restriction, unless a local ordinance applies. We encourage you to verify local rules for any unique circumstances.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories

We ship to Alaska and Hawaii; however, delivery times may be longer than the estimates above. Additional shipping surcharges may apply for heavy or oversized items. We currently do not ship to Puerto Rico or other U.S. territories for pepper spray products due to complex regulatory requirements; other items may be allowed — contact us for specifics.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active on the carrier’s website.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier but you have not received it, please contact us within 5 business days. We will open an investigation with the carrier. Replacement or refund will be decided on a case‑by‑case basis, subject to the carrier’s investigation outcome. We are not responsible for packages stolen after delivery if the tracking shows confirmed delivery to the correct address.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double‑check your shipping address during checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will contact you. Reshipment will incur an additional shipping fee. Refunds for such orders will exclude the original shipping costs and any return fees charged by the carrier.
