Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a product, please review the guidelines below carefully. By purchasing from xodustrust.com, you agree to this policy.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date your order was delivered. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot accept returns.

Condition of Returned Items

All returned items must be in brand new, unused, unopened, and resalable condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact. For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of any personal safety alarm, pepper spray, or other self‑defense product once the original packaging has been opened or the product has been used or tested. This applies even if the product was only tested briefly — once the seal is broken, it cannot be returned.

Non‑Returnable Items

In addition to opened/used safety products, the following are also non‑returnable:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable digital products
  • Items that are customized or made to order

How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return, email us at support@xodustrust.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions. Do not send items back without an RMA — unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.

Return Shipping Costs

If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or no longer want it (and the item is unopened), you are responsible for the return shipping charges. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance — we are not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit.

If we made an error (e.g., wrong item, defective product on arrival), we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at our expense.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping charges (if any) are non‑refundable, unless the return was due to our error.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is defective or was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@xodustrust.com. Include clear photos or videos showing the issue. After verification, we will either send a free replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs. We may request that you dispose of the defective item rather than return it, at our discretion.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or were damaged in transit, and we will exchange them for the exact same model. If you would like a different product, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.

Refunds for Restricted Orders

If we are unable to ship an item to your address due to legal restrictions (e.g., pepper spray to New York), we will cancel the affected items from your order and issue a full refund for those items. No return is required in such cases.
