Welcome to XodusTrust, operated by Yingkou Tingbang Clothing Trading Co., Ltd. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website xodustrust.com (the “Site”) and the purchase of products from the Site. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and software, is the property of XodusTrust or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

2. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site. This includes, but is not limited to: uploading viruses, attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfering with the security of the Site, or engaging in any automated data collection (such as scraping) without prior consent.

3. Account Responsibility

If you create an account on the Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. XodusTrust reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Product Information and Pricing

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, errors may occur. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, or with incorrect descriptive information, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, even after an order confirmation has been sent. If your payment has already been processed, we will issue a full refund.

5. Order Acceptance

Your placement of an order constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance by XodusTrust. We may, at our discretion, refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud. We will confirm acceptance by shipping the product and providing a shipping confirmation email.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, XodusTrust and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, personal injury, or property damage, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Site or the purchase and use of any product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from a product purchase shall be limited to the purchase price of that product.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non‑infringement. 8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or any product purchased shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us at support@xodustrust.com. If informal resolution fails, the dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Joaquin County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The date of the latest revision will be indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
