This policy applies to all purchases made on xodustrust.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD). The total amount charged to your payment method will be the final order total shown at checkout, which includes product price, applicable taxes, and shipping fees.
Billing Information
To prevent fraud, the billing address provided during checkout must match the billing address on file with your credit card or payment provider. If there is a mismatch, we may delay processing or cancel the order until the information can be verified. You will be contacted using the email or phone number provided.
Transaction Security
All transactions on xodustrust.com are protected by 256‑bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. Our checkout process is fully encrypted, and payment information is handled directly by PCI‑DSS Level 1 compliant processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Shopify Payments). We never store complete credit card numbers on our servers.
Taxes
Sales tax is automatically calculated at checkout based on the shipping address and applicable state and local tax rates. For orders shipped to addresses in states that impose sales tax, the tax amount will be displayed before you confirm payment.
Payment Authorization and Capture
When you place an order, a temporary authorization hold may be placed on your payment method to verify that the funds are available. The actual charge is captured when your order is prepared for shipment. If your payment fails for any reason (e.g., insufficient funds, incorrect details), the order will not be processed, and you will be notified to provide an alternative payment method.
Fraud Prevention
To protect our customers and our business, we reserve the right to perform additional verification checks on any order. This may include requesting a photo ID or a utility bill, or contacting your payment provider. If an order is flagged as high risk and we are unable to verify its authenticity, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund. We appreciate your understanding — these measures help keep our community safe.
Order Cancellation and Payment Disputes
You may cancel an order without penalty as long as it has not yet been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, the cancellation will be treated as a return (see our Return & Refund Policy). If you believe a charge is unauthorized or erroneous, please contact us immediately at support@xodustrust.com. We will investigate and work with you to resolve the issue before a chargeback becomes necessary.
